Sensei David R. LoPriore, L.Ac. is the Director of ASOMNE. He is uniquely-qualified to help patients address physical, mental, emotional and spiritual imbalances through his extensive experience in Asian medical arts. Headmaster of the Kosho Shorei Shin Kai lineage of Kosho Shorei Ryu, a 23-generation old Japanese art, Sensei LoPriore is an expert in acupuncture, herbology, bodywork therapy, counseling, energy-cultivation exercises, meditation and Japanese yoga, and is able to tailor a health and wellness program to suit any patient's needs for both curative and preventive therapy. Sensei LoPriore has been teaching since 1986. He has two students who are certified Apprentice Practitioners of Kosho Shorei Ryu Energy Medicine, Josh Perron and Liz Caruso, working with him in the clinic to assist in patients' therapeutic needs with shiatsu and moxibustion. Shiatsu is Asian bodywork therapy which is deeply relaxing and pain-relieving. Moxibustion is a traditional Japanese heat therapy capable of powerfully restoring lost vitality, or assisting injuries to heal faster. Mr. Perron and Ms. Caruso have worked diligently to learn these arts, and provide excellent therapies which complement the comprehensive holistic treatments given by Sensei LoPriore. |
