KSSK welcomes any traditional martial artist, healer, or seeker within any traditional art with a desire to learn the ancient art we teach. We hold high standards, which maximizes the growth of Sensei and students alike. If you are tired of the garbage in the fields of martial arts, medicine and "pop spirituality", you have come to the right place! We will respect and honor your prior experience, while giving you great guidance on a new path, for yourself and your students.

 

If you are interested in joining KSSK, you should first contact LoPriore Sensei, and discuss the possibility, then it would be a good idea to come train with us to see if we are a mutual fit. If so, the applications for individuals and Dojo are available here. The membership benefits, requirements and fees for various-sized Dojo, with either close or loose relationships with the KSSK can be mailed or e-mailed to you.

Membership in Kosho Shorei Shin Kai has many benefits.  It makes a statement that members are beginning a diligent study of Kosho Shorei Ryu.  It offers access to the our private discussion board and online forums, access to downloadable educational content through the secure website, allows members who have demonstrated skill to earn rank awarded by Kai Cho David LoPriore Sensei, and supports the growth of traditional Kosho Shorei Ryu in the world.

To apply for membership first complete our online application, and e-mail it to Kai Cho LoPriore, our Headmaster.  Then, click the "Apply Now" button at the bottom of the page and you will automatically be forwarded to PayPal. You can pay via your own PayPal account and/or use a credit card to check out. Once Kai Cho LoPriore reviews and approves your application, he will notify you of acceptance and your funds will be transferred to KSSK. In the rare cases where an application is declined or is not accepted, he will notify the applicant and refund the application fee.

The Kosho Shorei Shin Kai Annual individual membership fee is $35 USD.
